Booking Procedure
Reservations at Cave Chalet Parnassos can be made:
* Through our website (with online payment or bank deposit)
* By phone or email, upon confirmation of availability
A reservation is considered complete only after payment or deposit has been confirmed.
Payments & Deposits
To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance is paid upon arrival, depending on the booking method.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellations & Refunds
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount is charged.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: until 11:00
Subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with an additional charge.
Pets
Pets are accepted upon prior arrangement during booking.
Owners are responsible for any damage or wear caused.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas of the chalet.
Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Cave Chalet Parnassos reserves the right to charge for the restoration of damages.
